Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Gluten-Free Tortillas
  • 2 Hand Fulls Spinach leaves
  • 1 Cup Quinoa cooled
  • 2 Carrots grated
  • 2 Ounces Feta Cheese
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions

  1. Lay out tortillas and layer with spinach.
  2. Top with quinoa and carrots, and then add feta cheese and avocado slices.
  3. Roll wraps up and cut in half.
