  • 8 Ounces Gluten-Free Pasta
  • 12 Ounces Tofu silken, lite, firm
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tablespoon San-J Reduced Sodium Tamari Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Blend the remaining ingredients until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour over cooked pasta.
