Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks partially thawed
  • 1 pkg Dole Butter Bliss
  • 1 Cup grated Jicama
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped, toasted Cashews or sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Bottled Poppy Seed Dressing make sure it's gluten free
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetned Flaked Coconut toasted
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mango chunks, salad blend, jicama, cashews and green onions in large bowl.
  2. Toss with dressing to coat.
  3. Top with grilled chicken breasts and flaked coconut.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
