Gluten Free Avocado & Egg
A filling and easy snack? Add a tasty twist to your Wasa Gluten Free Sesame & Seasalt slices!
- 2 slices Wasa Gluten Free Sesame & Sea Salt
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and garlic powder, mixed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- to taste fresh cracked pepper
- Mash avocado with fork and spread on crisp.
- Top with eggs.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, garlic mixture, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
