Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Strawberries, Peaches, & Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk light
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Paste or fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit, milk, carrots, yogurt and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
