Ingredients

  • 1 Udi's Gluten-Free Frozen Pizza Crust
  • 1/2-1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Big Handful Mozzarella Cheese or non-dairy substitute
  • 1 Big Handful Monterey Jack Cheese or non-dairy substitute
  • 1 Big Handful Cheddar Cheese or non-dairy substitute
  • Additional Toppings as you desire

Instructions

  1. Preheat the toaster oven to 375 F degrees.
  2. While the toaster oven is heating up, spread a generous amount of pizza sauce onto the pre-made pizza crust.
  3. Add the cheese and toppings.
  4. Bake in the toaster oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are slightly browned.
  5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
