Caribbean Cream Pop

Ingredients

  • 1 can Dole Tropical Fruit
  • 1 cup Mango or Papaya Nectar
  • 1/2 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 Dole Banana peeled and sliced
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 3 ounce Ice Pop Molds or Plastic Cups

Instructions

  1. Combine tropical fruit, nectar, coconut milk, banana, cream cheese and honey in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture equally into 10 plastic cups. Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set.
  2. Insert 1 wooden stick into center of each cup; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
