Berry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chicken Breast cooked, cubed
  • 1 1/2 Cups Dole Blueberries frozen
  • 1 Cup Cranberries dried
  • 1/2 Cup Dole Celery chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Orange diced, or red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Dole Green Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Lowfat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Package Dole Butter Bliss

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, blueberries, cranberries, bell pepper and green onions in large bowl.
  2. Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise and salt in small bowl. Gently fold into chicken-fruit mixture; chill.
  3. Arrange salad blend on small plates and spoon chicken-fruit mixture over salad.
