Vision
People with celiac disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance and milk and soy protein allergy should be diagnosed as early as possible, as diagnosis allows for a healthier life.

Objectives
The objective is that all people diagnosed with celiac disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance and milk and soy protein allergy should be able to feel good and have access to gluten-free, lactose-free. dairy-free and soy-free foods on the same economic terms as others. Knowledge of these intolerances and allergies should be in society so that everyone can get good food at the restaurant visits and in public space.
