Walker Tracker Notice

You will need to provide a valid email address to sign-up to use Walker Tracker and to receive communications as you cross each landmark during the 2022 Turkey Trot Virtual Cross-Country Challenge. The Celiac Disease Foundation is not responsible for any errors, incomplete or misdirected data, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server or other connections or miscommunications, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to entrant’s software or transmission devices, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise that may occur with, or arise from, use of Walker Tracker.  Any personal information provided to use Walker Tracker is subject to Walker Tracker’s privacy policy, which participants should independently review before proceeding.

You may delete the Walker Tracker app after the Turkey Trot event. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation, and the information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account tab in your administration area. The Account screen provides a simple, no questions asked cancellation link.

By signing up with Walker Tracker and agreeing to receive sponsor products, offers or prizes, you understand that your signed CDF Team Gluten-Free Agreement and Release requires that you and your heirs, administrators, and executors, covenant not to sue and release, waive and forever discharge, the Celiac Disease Foundation and its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, successors, assigns, or anyone acting for or on their behalf (“Releasees”), from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, losses, damages, costs, or injuries of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries known or unknown, and death or property damage arising in connection with your participation with Walker Tracker and/or your acceptance or use of any prize or offer awarded, and that you hereby, for yourself and your heirs, administrators, and executors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, from all liabilities, losses, damages, or costs of any nature whatsoever (including court costs and legal fees) incurred by any Releasees as a result of your participation with Walker Tracker and/or acceptance or use of any prize or offer awarded.
