On October 13, 2022 the Celiac Disease Foundation hosted the Ask-the-FDA Educational Webinar. Representatives from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration answered questions about gluten-free food labeling rules, and representatives from Coeliac UK discussed how European labeling laws for gluten differ from those in the U.S.
