Week Without Wheat Challenge

 It is easy to raise awareness and funds for medical research for celiac disease.  Started as a May Celiac Disease Awareness challenge and now continuing year round, the Week Without Wheat (Barley and Rye) Challenge gives non-athletes an opportunity to tackle a challenge from the comfort of their own home.  Pledge to support a loved one with celiac disease by giving up gluten for seven days or more.  Simple?

Take the pledge to live gluten-free for at least one week and to raise at least $100 in the fight against celiac disease to receive a free registration code.  It’s as simple as asking 10 friends to donate $10 to support you in your effort.
