Room Reservation Instructions
The National Conference and Gluten-Free EXPO block rate is $154 for single and double occupancy, $169 for triple occupancy, and $184 for quad occupancy.
Additionally, we are pleased to confirm that all rooms will include complimentary guestroom Internet.
The deadline to reserve a room under the block is April 1, 2015 at 5:00pm local time. The special block rate is not guaranteed after this date.
Reservations are to be made by calling the Hotel directly at (626) 449-4000 or 1-800-457-7940 or use https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/2015CDFExpo to get the block rate. Please ask to speak to the Reservations Department and be sure to request the group rate for 2015 Celiac Disease Foundation EXPO.
- Occupancy Tax: The Sheraton Pasadena Hotel rates are subject to State and City taxes at the time of check in. Currently, these taxes are 15.065% and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Group Rates: The above rates are valid three days prior and three days after the event, based on space availability
- Check In/Check Out Time: Check-in time is 3:00pm, check out is 12:00pm. Guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on the day of departure.
